Each exhibit booth includes one complete convention registration. We drive attendees into the exhibit area during breakfast, lunch, breaks, and the Opening Reception.
Certain sponsorship packages may receive complimentary or 50% off convention registrations.
To take full advantage of our convention benefits, we expect exhibitors and sponsors to take part in the committee meetings and attend the technical sessions that are of interest to them.

Room Rate: $239 + tax
Our negotiated room block is at a discounted rate with no resort fee. This is a significant savings to you and helps ICRI when you book with the host hotel. The room block ends October 1, 2026, or unless sold out, and we do expect it to sell out.

Attendee lists will be sent to exhibitors via email following the event.
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
All Exhibitor cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Jake Nelson at [email protected] by the Thursday, October 1, 2026, early bird registration deadline to receive a 50% refund. If you cancel anytime after that date, the Exhibitor will be liable for 100% of the total exhibit fee, unless the exhibit space is 100% occupied during the event. For all exhibitor changes, including revisions to attendees, please contact Jake Nelson at [email protected].
Sponsor Cancellation Policy

Exhibitor Representative Registration
- Each exhibit booth includes registration for one representative.
- Exhibitors should submit their company representatives at the time of booth purchase if possible. ICRI staff will contact exhibitors prior to the Thursday, October 1, 2026, early bird registration deadline to submit their names if they have not done so.
- Additional reps need to register as conference attendees at the regular registration rate.
Sponsor Registration
- Sponsors who have included or discounted registrations as part of their sponsorship package will be contacted by ICRI staff prior to the Thursday, October 1, 2026, early bird registration deadline to submit their names.
- Additional attendees from sponsor companies need to register as conference attendees at the regular registration rate.
Exhibitor Guidelines
- ICRI reserves the right to prevent any exhibitor from displaying beyond the bounds of the exhibitor’s rented exhibit space including but not limited to: noisy electrical devices (ex. loud appliances, machines, games), smells/ scents that are offensive or commonly cause allergic or physical reactions (ex. Industrial smells, chemical smells, nail polish, cleaners), displays, fire hazards (ex. open flames, highly flammable fumes), costumed mascots, live animals or anything which may prove objectionable. All aisles must be kept clear of displays. Inventory must be discreetly stored within an exhibitor’s booth space.
- The rights and privileges of an exhibitor shall not be infringed upon by any other exhibitors. Exhibitors can sponsor prize drawings within their exhibit space. Any limitations on registering for or accepting the prize must be prominently displayed in the exhibit space. Prizes to be distributed by exhibitor after the conference.
Reminders
- Attendees registered as exhibitors and sponsors are invited to attend social events indicated as part of attendee registration, committee meetings and technical sessions. Social/ticketed events require addtional fees.
- Breakfasts and breaks are included for exhibitors and sponsors who have full registrations and name badges. Please see staff at the registration desk if you have any questions.
- ICRI is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please make sure any valuable items you bring are safely stowed away at the end of each day of the conference.
