This innovative tool empowers contractors, design professionals, and manufacturers with new language and resources needed to accurately assess the required level of rebar cleaning using mechanical or abrasive methods. In addition, the app is useful in training and education to evaluate the work of new hires and familiarize them with industry standards.
By providing access to ICRI’s industry-leading guideline 210.5 “Guide for Selecting and Specifying Reinforcing Bar Cleaning Levels” and simplifying the evaluation process directly in the field, this app is set to raise the bar on concrete repair.
