Attendee Single Day registrations include breakfast and breaks on the day of your registration, Opening Reception for Monday and Project & Safety Awards Luncheon for Tuesday.
All orders paid online through the registration portal by credit card will incur a non-refundable 3% processing fee. Payments made by ACH debit/electronic check will not incur additional service fees.
Note: Registration requires logging into the ICRI website/member portal. Please visit the member portal and follow the instructions on the screen login or to create your account.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To receive a registration refund, less a $75 processing fee, all cancellations must be received by 11:59 PM Central Time, October 1, 2026. Cancellation requests can be submitted via the Refund Request Form online. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded. Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization with the same membership status by contacting [email protected]. Host Hotel
Hotel reservation cut off deadline: Thursday, October 1, 2026
Room Rate: $239 + tax
Our negotiated room block is at a discounted rate with no resort fee. This is a significant savings to you and helps ICRI when you book with the host hotel. The room block ends October 1, 2026, or unless sold out, and we do expect it to sell out.
