Join the ICRI Toronto Chapter on June 25, 2026 for the following dinner presentation at the Spring Hill Suites, Marriott Vaughan, 6:00 pm – 9:30pm
This presentation will focus on practical techniques and required steps of strengthening existing concrete and masonry structures with carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) systems. References to applicable codes, standards and ICRI guidelines will be made to help attendees understand current requirements for design, installation and fire protection of FRP materials. Practical case studies will also be presented to illustrate various scenarios where CFRP was used in buildings and infrastructure related projects.

Philip Constantini is a senior technical and business manager for Rhino Carbon Fiber. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in building envelope sciences product development and contractor support. Phil’s experience includes: concrete repair and waterproofing, building feasibility/condition assessment, product selection support & design assist, structural retrofit and increased load with fibre-reinforced polymers (FRP). He is also an active member with the International Concrete Repair Institute nationally and the local chapter level.
