NOTE: all transactions at the door will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee.

Attendee Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund, all attendee cancellations must be received by Friday January 16, 2026, emailed to [email protected] or via the Refund Request Form online. Attendee cancellations are less a $75 processing fee. Registrations are non-refundable after this date, but can be transferred to another individual. Please review ICRI’s Event Registration Agreement for more details.

• Unlimited sponsorships available
• Includes two (2) complimentary party tickets

• Can be split by two companies ($500 minimum each)

Sponsor Cancellation Policy:
All sponsor cancellation requests must be sent to ICRI Sales Manager Jake Nelson at [email protected] by Friday, January 16, 2026, to receive a 50% refund. If you cancel anytime after that date, the sponsor will be liable for 100% of the total fee. For changes, including revisions to registered sponsor attendees, please contact Jake Nelson at [email protected].
