ICRI Metro New York 2025 President’s Message
Dear members and sponsors,

As I embark on my second year as President of the ICRI Metro New York Chapter, I want to extend my heartfelt wishes for a Happy New Year to all. Your unwavering support as members and sponsors has been the cornerstone of our success, and I sincerely appreciate your contributions.

Reflecting on 2024, our Chapter achieved significant milestones, hosting numerous technical and networking events. Our technical program offered 8 PDHs through initiatives such as the Parking Garage Inspection Panel—LL126 with the Department of Buildings, the Sustainability Symposium, and the Joint Demonstration Day with NWIR. Networking highlights included our Chapter Fishing Trip, Joint Summer Social with IIBEC and NWIR, Golf Outing, and Holiday Party, where we proudly contributed donations to the Salvation Army's Angel Tree program. We also celebrated our inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award recipients, Si Solomon, and Pat Morrisey, for their decades of dedication to the Chapter. Additionally, in 2024, we awarded three scholarships to local students pursuing engineering, restoration, and management careers.

Thank you for your continued participation and generous support. It's an honor to serve as your President and to collaborate with our remarkable Board of Directors. Here's to a healthy, happy, and successful 2025.

Join ICRI Metro NY Chapter on our 11th Annual Fishing Trip!

On July 10^th,  join the Metro New York Chapter as we hit the high seas on our 11th annual fishing trip! This year’s trip will be setting sail out of City Island, NY. We’ll be fishing on the Island Current’s beautiful new 100’ Supercurrent!

The boat provides breakfast, lunch, beverages, rods & reels, and bait. Be sure to bring sunglasses, hat, sunscreen and comfortable shoes!

Boat leaves dock promptly at 7:00 am. Please arrive 30 minutes early.

Non-members: $125
