Mike works directly with the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. Under their direction, he manages the day to day business operations of ICRI. Mike has overall responsibility for the programs and activities of ICRI and works with all staff to accomplish the goals of the Institute. Mike is also the staff liaison for the ICRI Education Committee and develops and maintains relationships with industry organizations.

Gigi is responsible for supporting the Executive Committee and Board of Directors in conjunction with the Executive Director. She works with the Executive Director to oversee the business operations of ICRI and helps to work with staff to accomplish the goals of the organization. She is responsible for the planning of the ICRI Tradeshow booth at World of Concrete and manages all aspects of the planning for the show, including the ICRI Kick Off Party.

Ken provides technical support to inquiries and questions; assists the Technical Activities Committee (TAC), technical and administrative committees, Secretariats, Executive Committee and Board of Directors; assists in the development of new educational products/certification programs; oversees the existing certification programs; assists in soliciting and coordinating technical articles, TAC Talk and Secretariat Update for the Concrete Repair Bulletin (CRB); assists in soliciting and compiling presentation abstracts for technical sessions at conventions, ; provides editorial review of technical documents prior to publishing; and assists in providing technical content in promotional materials and the website. Ken is also the staff liaison for the ICRI Certification and Fellows Committees.
Steven R. Bruns, PE
Steve’s responsibilities include management, implementation and promotion of existing and future certification programs; coordination with the ICRI technical director and ICRI professional development manager for development and implementation of certification programs; utilizing partners and chapters to market and promote ICRI certification programs to their members and audiences; and establishing and promoting the use of ICRI certifications in industry/project specifications and codes
Dale Regnier, CAE

Dale works closely with all 38 ICRI Chapters and more than 220 volunteer chapter leaders to develop and maintain programs and processes that assist volunteer leaders with running successful and dynamic ICRI chapters. This includes daily upkeep, monthly reporting, and hosting two Chapter Roundtable events each year. Dale also helps maintain and promote ICRI Technical and Administrative Committees. He helps manage 170 committee volunteers and their work through the operation and maintenance of the committee management system, Causeway. Dale helps run the ICRI Scholarship Program, Annual Project Awards Program, as well as provide support for the ICRI Bookstore and its inventory.

Jason is the lead staff person overseeing all aspects of ICRI membership. He works directly with ICRI leadership and volunteers on key membership development strategies and on-boarding and retention programs. He is also the main point of contact for all membership recruitment and renewal campaigns.

Sue is the ICRI webmaster, managing and maintaining the ICRI website design and content. She provides all electronic / print publication design development and production including, but not limited to: the Concrete Repair Bulletin (CRB); ICRI guidelines; conference collateral, logos and signage; brochures/flyers; and promotional advertisements. Sue oversees membership communications and is the staff liaison for the ICRI Marketing Committee.

Blake is responsible for all advertisement sales within the Concrete Repair Bulletin (CRB) and the newly developed digital advertising opportunities. He also handles the exhibit and sponsorship sales for ICRI’s Spring and Fall Conventions, as well as ICRI’s Kick Off Party at World of Concrete.

Chief Financial Officer

Amanda is responsible for all financials transactions and overseeing proper management of ICRI finances. She prepares monthly financial statements, assists with the annual budget, and coordinates annual required tax filings. She also manages staff who completes data entry and maintenance related to registrations, sponsorships, membership dues payments, subscriptions, and other purchases. She also oversees online payment administration and the issuing of receipts, invoices, and financial documents.
