If you plan to register using the Group of 3+ ICRI Member Company discount, the online registration allows for multiple registrations.

If you must pay by check or prefer to register with a paper form, you can download a PDF version of the Convention Registration Form and complete a separate form for each individual and submit all forms with one consolidated payment. If using a paper registration form, please do not email forms with credit card information. To protect your data and to comply with PCI standards, the ICRI office will not accept emailed credit card information..

*GROUP DISCOUNT: Group discounts are available for ICRI member companies sending 3 or more fully paid representatives. To qualify for the group discount, all registrations (one form per person) and payment must be submitted together. If cancellation occurs and fewer than the qualifying number of representatives attend, the appropriate fee will be charged.

Separate tickets must be purchased for all other events.

Prepayment Required: All registrations must be accompanied by full payment/purchase order to reserve your place at the event.

PCI Compliance: Please do not email forms with credit card information. Transmission of credit card payment information to the ICRI office by email cannot be accepted due to PCI Compliance standards.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
ICRI will refund the registration fees for any cancellations received on or before Monday, October 16, 2017 minus a $75 cancellation fee. ICRI will not refund registration fees for cancellations received on or after Tuesday, October 17, 2017. For all registration changes, including revisions to attendees and cancellations, please email Erin Babarskis at erinb@icri.org.
