Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted online using the form below, on or before Friday, March 16, 2018, to qualify for a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee. Phone requests will NOT be accepted. No shows are NOT refundable under any circumstances. Credit card refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of written request prior to March 16, 2018. Requests for refunds received after March16, 2018, will not be honored due to Convention contractual service arrangements. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Requests must be received through the Refund Request Form below. Please provide an explanation of any extenuating circumstances and upload any supporting documents. Refund requests will be reviewed two to three weeks after the conference.

ICRI reserves the right to alter or cancel without prior notice any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to the conference. ICRI will not accept liability for any losses and/or damage attendees may suffer on account of alteration or cancellation.
