Apicella, Frank X Recommend that the curriculum also include a section on safety (how to read MSDS)and environmental constraints such as noise, dust, disposal, emmissions, etc.
Goodwin, Fred   X additional files sent to J McDonald as described in comments Comment

Lozen, Kenneth     X Seems like overview and key items should be combined into one outline. This would better serve as a basis for preparation of the educational program content(Tier 1)and identify performance tests required for Tier 2. Also, outline is missing some items/steps that should be considered(ie.NDT methods in addition to soundings and possibly condition survey as separate section). Don't see need for last column of course outline on Page 1 since it applies to all items. Should review potential technical content from all appropriate ICRI guidelines as well as ACI 562, 563, 546, and 364. Lots of follow up work required, including determining consensus on suggested performance testing. Need to discuss if TAC should provide a proposed new outline/direction and whether the certification committee can provide the technical content required to complete this program (or should other ICRI committees be used/consulted?).
