Concrete Surface Repair Technician Re-Examination
Share |

Failure of any individual module in the Tier 1 Educational Program requires the online re-examination of the entire Tier 1 Educational Program (Mods 1-5). Failure on the Tier 2 Knowledge Exam requires the online re-examination of the Knowledge Exam. Failure on one (1) or more of the four (4) required ASTM Standard tests on the Tier 2 Performance Examination requires re-examination on specific failed test(s) only.

Re-examinations must be taken within one (1) year of failing the initial program/exam/test. After one (1) year, the entire Tier 1 Educational Program (Mods 1-5) must be retaken by Tier 1 applicants at the regular fee (re-examination fee does not apply after 1 year). After one (1) year of failing the Tier 2 Knowledge Exam and/or any of the tests on the Tier 2 Performance Exam, the entire Tier 2 Certification Program must be retaken, including the Tier 1 Educational Program (Mods 1-5) and the Tier 2 Knowledge and Performance Exams at the regular fee (re-examination fees do not apply after 1 year).

ICRI will issue a Certificate of Achievement to Tier 1 applicants who pass the Tier 1 Educational Program re-examination. Tier 2 applicants who pass the Tier 1 Educational Program, Tier 2 Knowledge Exam, and all parts of the Tier 2 Performance Examination (whether or not any portion was a re-examination) will receive the designation of ICRI Concrete Surface Repair Technician—Grade 1.
