PASSPORTS AND SHIPPING

Passports

ICRI, along with U.S. and Canadian authorities, recommend that all persons traveling to and from Canada have valid U.S. passports. Be sure to check with your local authority to ensure you have enough time to get or renew your passport before traveling.

Since 2004, to enhance border security, U.S. citizens have needed a passport to go to Canada and return to the United States, with limited exceptions. For more information on applying for or renewing a passport in the U.S., visit the State Department's Web site. Don't delay!

Shipping

Canadian Customs Authorities have very different rules for the shipping and receiving of crates, containers, and boxes usually used by exhibitors for exhibiting at this convention. We suggest that you retain broker services for this purpose. ICRI has retained a broker and can help if you have any questions.
