Each year ICRI works hard toward providing the best possible rates at hotels where you would want to stay for our Spring and Fall Conventions. Please do your best to support our efforts by staying at our host hotel. You’ll be close to the action and you’ll be helping ICRI get better rates at future conventions.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Reservations MUST be made by Monday, March 22, 2010, to receive the convention rate of $189 single/double + 13% taxes per night. Guestrooms at the convention rate are limited. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests received after Monday, March 22, 2010, will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate.

• Convention rates apply for the dates of April 13 through April 17, 2010, subject to availability.

• Guests are encouraged to make reservations online or by phone. Guests making reservations online should use the group code: ICRICRA. Guests making reservations by phone should ask for the ICRI Spring 2010 group rate.

• MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, and Carte Bleue cards are accepted.

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a first night’s deposit or with a major credit card.

• A room may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Cancellations made closer to the arrival date will include a charge of one night’s room + tax.

• No early departure fee.

• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

• Guests may request one king-size bed or two full-size beds. This hotel has a smoke-free policy.

• Please alert hotel staff ASAP if you have any special needs.

Aiport/Ground Transportation to and from the hotel

The closest airport to the Myrtle Beach Marriott is the Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR), approximately 12 miles from the hotel. The hotel does not have its own shuttle service, but shuttle rides are available through MyrtleBeachTransportation.com for approximately $22 per person, one way. Taxis are available with estimated fares to/from the hotel of $35 one way.

Parking

Self-parking at the Myrtle Beach Marriott is $10 per day. Valet parking is $18 per day.
