• Reservations MUST be made by Friday, March 14, 2008, to receive the convention rate of $169 + taxes per night. Guest rooms at the convention rate are limited. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests received after Friday, March 14, 2008, will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate.

• Reservations MUST be made by Friday, March 14, 2008, to receive the convention rate of $169 + taxes per night. Guest rooms at the convention rate are limited. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation requests received after Friday, March 14, 2008, will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate.

• Guests making reservations by phone MUST use the Group Code: ICRI.

• At the time reservations are made, The Shores Resort & Spa will require a one night deposit equal to the room rate + taxes for the first night for each reservation in the form of a credit card authorization or by mailing in a payment within 5 days of making the reservation. Rooms are not considered confirmed without an advance deposit.

• Deposits are refundable, with no penalty, if the Resort receives notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

• Early departure: In the event a guest who has reserved a guest room checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the hotel will add a fee of $75 to the guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any changes in their planned length of stay.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Aiport/Ground Transportation

The Shores Resort & Spa is located approximately 7 miles from Daytona Inter­national Airport (about 20 minute’s drive time). You may also choose to fly into Orlando International Airport. The hotel is located approximately 84 miles away (about 1-1/2 hour’s drive time).

Car rentals are also available.

Parking

The hotel offers complimentary self-parking.
Valet parking is available for $7 per day, plus tax, or $9 overnight, plus tax.
