Anheuser-Busch Brewery Tour

Wednesday, October 29, 2:00 pm

FEE: $25

Includes Transportation and Basic Tour

Trolleys will leave from the Millennium Hotel for the best brewery tour in the U.S. On the basic tour, guests will visit the grain storage, brewery, bottling, and shipping departments. Then it’s on to the stable to see the majestic Clydesdales. Capping off the tour, guests are treated to a couple of ice-cold longnecks.

There is a special Brew Master Tour for an additional $25 per person but it is limited to the first 20 that sign up due to the brewery’s limited space for this tour. (Please call 248-848-3809 for availability.)


Guest Tour of St. Louis

Thursday, October 30, 9:30 am-3:30 pm

FEE: $45

Includes Tours and Trolley—Cost of lunch is not included

Trolleys will load at the front door of the Millennium Hotel for a short tour of St. Louis’ historic downtown area: Laclede’s Landing, Soulard, and Lafayette Square. Next it’s on to the St. Louis Zoo for a behind-the-scenes tour and a visit of the new penguin exhibit. The trolley will then head for lunch on The Hill. St. Louis is famous for its Italian food and there is no better place than Rigazzi’s (lunches run approximately $8 to $10). After lunch, the trolley will take guests to the world-famous Missouri Botanical Garden. Tour the many flowers and plants that are grown and displayed along peaceful paths and garden areas.


Historic Downtown St. Louis Masonry Tour

Friday, October 31, 2:00 pm

FEE: $40

After a short program at the Millennium Hotel, guests will load onto open trolleys for a guided tour through the historic downtown areas to view the many masonry buildings that were built in the 1800s and early 1900s with significant structural and artistic values. St. Louis is well known for masonry and what better way than to see how well the many structures have held up in time. Union Station, the Old Cathedral, the historic court house, Eads Bridge, and many other structures will be featured. At the last stop of the tour, see the most current use of brick in the newly built Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team.


Evening at the Lumière Place Casino

Friday, October 31, 6:30 pm

Free to all convention attendees

Join the Great Plains Chapter at one of the lounges for drinks and then enjoy the evening at the newest full-service casino in St. Louis, just blocks from the Millennium Hotel.
