Mission

Develop and report information on selection processes, contractual agreements, and procurement methods that will minimize disagreements between contractors, engineers and owners.

Goals

1) Continue development of a procurement guideline that includes a discussion of responsibilities and liabilities of each member of the restoration team, gives examples of different contracting methods, and establishes an ICRI-recommended process to serve as the industry standard.
