2009 CHAPTER AWARDS FORMS AND ANNUAL REPORT

December 31, 2009 -- The deadline to submit your Chapter Awards forms is Monday, February 15, 2010.

The 2009 Chapter Awards Form is attached below.

The Chapter Awards Presentation will be held at the 2010 Spring Convention in Myrtle Beach, SC.
This allows for Chapters to receive awards for 2009 activities closer to the end of the awards year.

Chapter Annual Reports should be submitted by the same deadline. The Annual Report
form is included with the Chapter Awards forms, or it can be downloaded seperately.

2009 FALL CONVENTION LUNCH FORUM PRESENTATION

November 1, 2009 -- The topic of the Inter-Chapter Luncheon and Forum at the 2009 Fall
Convention in Arizona was "Incorporation and 501(c)(6) Status". Attendees learned about chapter
requirements regarding the necessary steps to becoming permanent legal entities in the eyes of
state and local government as well as the IRS as well as setting themselves up as non-profit entities.

2008 FALL CONVENTION LUNCH FORUM PRESENTATION

December 1, 2008 -- The topic of the Inter-Chapter Luncheon and Forum at the 2008 Fall
Convention in St. Louis was "Financial Responsibilities". Attendees learned about chapter
requirements regarding ICRI provided insurance as well as changes to the IRS policies regarding non-profit entities.

ICRI Chapter Regional Information

December 1, 2008 -- ICRI Chapters are located in one of nine Regions.

ICRI CHAPTER INSURANCE

December 1, 2008 -- Another topic of discussion at the 2008 Fall event was Chapter Insurance Coverage.

Currently, ALL ICRI Chapters are covered under ICRI's General Liability Insurance Policy at no cost to the chapter.

2004 FALL CONVENTION LUNCH FORUM PRESENTATION

November 23, 2004 -- The topic of the Inter-Chapter Luncheon and Forum at the 2004 Fall

CHAPTER OFFICER RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION GUIDE

January 14, 2004 -- ICRI has compiled a comprehensive guide for recruiting and retaining chapter officers
and directors. The guide lists several ideas for getting people interested in working with
your chapter in a leadership role and includes the presentation given at the 2003 Fall
Convention Inter-Chapter Luncheon.

November 18, 2003 -- The Chapter Committee updated and approved for distribution the ICRI Guide to Chapter Organization and Operation. The changes bring the guide up to speed with current chapter policies and activities.

Chapter Meeting Topic Compilation

November 18, 2003 -- This is a comprehensive list of all 2001/2002 chapter meeting topics provided ICRI International. If your chapter is looking for ideas for upcoming meetings, be sure to consult the topic list. If you have questions regarding the topic or speaker, contact the secretary for the applicable chapter. If your chapter has meeting topics it would like added to the list, please provide them to Dale Regnier, Manager, Marketing and Chapters, at your convenience.

ICRI chapter presentation template

November 18, 2003 (Updated February 22, 2010) -- The Chapter Committee developed and approved a presentation for chapter officers to use at chapter events. The presentation includes information on ICRI, membership, publications and events. There are also blank slides included for chapters to include information specific to their officers, meetings, etc.
