All-Six Discount

Advertise in all six issues of 2012 and receive 5% off the gross adjusted rate.

Member Discount

ICRI members receive 25% off all insertion order rates.

Trim Size

8.125 in. x 10.875 in.
KEEP LIVE MATTER AT LEAST 0.5 INCHES FROM TRIM.

Ad Sizes

Proofs

A laser proof or blue line must accompany black/white ads. Composite color proof
preferred for color ads.

DIGITAL DATA

Platform

All files are converted to PC format for printing.

File Formats

Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat PDF.

Quality of ads submitted in other formats cannot be guaranteed.

Image Resolution

300 dpi saved in TIFF or EPS format; PDF files should also be 300 dpi, Press-Resolution.

Media Accepted

CD.
An FTP site is available for sending larger files. Contact Dale Regnier.
Do not use any compression scheme on the graphics (JPEG, LZW).

Images

Color images should be saved in CMYK format. Convert all spot colors to CMYK. Please supply all placed images.

Instructions

Do not embed images in the file. Do not trap files. If necessary, this will be done by our printer.

All fonts must be converted to outlines. If converting to outlines is not possible, all PC fonts used must be supplied. Please, no Mac fonts.

Ads files not conforming to these standards must be submitted ahead of time, as extra time
will be needed to process such nonconforming ads.
